Earlier in her career at Essex, Hartman was Marketing Director, focusing on market analysis and business development to refine brand positioning and identify new opportunities. Before joining Essex, she held roles at EIS and Rea Magnet Wire, along with various sales positions in the electrical manufacturing and distribution industries. With over a decade of experience spanning market analytics, corporate sales, and strategic planning, she brings a data-driven approach to leadership and business growth.
